Saab 900 classic ignition switch

       I can't change out my starter ignition switch, because it requires a special tool to remove the shifter housing from around it. I can't find this 'special tool' anywhere. Any suggestions?

Buy a 11mm 3/8 drive socket and grind the 11mm head side into 3 prongs this is a tool I made 15 years ago and I'm still using it today. I have also seen guys use a punch and hammer to tap the 3 sided nuts off.
